And I'll be ordering more once I run out. I used it on a homemade burrito tonight and it added the perfect amount of heat without taking over the entire flavor profile. The bell pepper and pineapple really shine with sweetness that compliments aggressive spice profiles, and the heat from the ghost pepper lingers just long enough to feel it without feeling uncomfortable. Overall one of the best hot sauces I've had in recent memory.

This sauce has hijacked my taste buds. Because of this sauce, I now have a little food voice that’s whispers gently into my ear, “put some Sherman on it”. I didn’t use to be this adventurous. I haven’t peed standing up in years. But now, all things are possible. Bold flavors that soothe the initial slap of heat with a sweet finish. Praise Jesus my wife’s dishes have come alive with this sauce. Like culinary karma-sutra. Gotta run, I have breakfast to eat and you know what’s going on it.

I ordered two bottles of Sherman’s Ghost. When the package arrived one bottle was broken and leaking into the box. I sent an email the next day and got no response. Sent another email and got no response. This is my last shot. I love the sauce but not likely to buy it again after this treatment.
It would appear that there was an issue with the first two emails that were sent through the “Contact Us” link on the website did not make it through the system. I was trying to resolve behind the scenes that way. So I sent the review at their invitation via a different email. That one was received and they bent over backwards rectify the issue and have regained a customer. I love the Sherman’s Ghost, and now I will be trying some others in the future. Thank you!

This hot sauce is a very tasty heat with a touch of pineapple sweetness!
